1. Introduction

Welcome to MyTownHub. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MyTownHub platform, including the website, admin panel, and any related services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• Business accounts require admin approval before listings go live.
• We reserve the right to refuse or revoke access at our discretion.

3. Business Listings

• All listings are subject to review and approval by the MyTownHub team.
• Listings must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading.
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing at our discretion.
• Changes to service categories or base location require admin approval and take effect from the next billing cycle.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

• Listings are charged at £20/month for your main TownHub and £10/month for each additional TownHub.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

• All payments are non-refundable once a listing or feature is approved and live.
• If a listing has not yet been approved, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
• Additional TownHubs, promotions, and featured listings are non-refundable once active.
• Cancellations take effect from the end of the billing cycle — no partial refunds are issued.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.
• Post content that is offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and materials on the MyTownHub platform are the property of MyTownHub or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit (images, descriptions) but grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

MyTownHub is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your listings will be taken offline. Any outstanding payments remain due.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
